Step 1. Fill out the booking form >>>
Step 2. Pay a deposit (within 24 hours after receiving your request, we will send you by e-mail pre-booking confirmation with all the information about the required payment).
After receiving deposit I will send you a voucher containing the booking confirmation and all the necessary information.
Note please that your booking is confirmed only after you receive the voucher!
Step 3. Make the final payment by bank transfer 7 days before the course starts or finalize the payment (in cash) during our meeting in Zakopane.
During our meeting in Zakopane, you will receive package consists of: the ski course program, ski passes, vouchers for all ski lessons, a guide with a map of Zakopane and multimedia album about our town and the Tatra Mountains.
- BOOKING: fill out the booking form or send your request by e-mail
- PAYMENT: deposit of 100 PLN per person per day (e.g. 300 PLN pp for booking 3 days ski course) is required to confirm your booking, remain amount should be paid by the bank transfer minimum 7 days before the ski course starts or in cash (PLN, Euro or GBP) on the meeting in your hotel, before the first day of the ski course.
PAYMENTS are accepted to a bank account or by PayPal (PayPal payments requires additional 2,5 % handling fee).
- CANCELLATION POLICY:
If only some of the group member cancel their deposits (100 PLN per person) will be refunded, but other participants will have to pay a little more - according to the rates for smaller groups.

- Important! Let us know if there are any kids under 7 in your group - they require an individual ski lesson so the costs of your ski course must be recalculated.
